DESCRIPTION:The Art and Science of PAR will be offered to individuals wishing to learn about providing PRSS in the community.  This training will be in person and a few scholarships will be offered to those wishing to volunteer at RCOs.  The trainers will be two trained staff members of Revive Recovery Resource Center and this training is being managed by ARCNH.
